Photographer notes: Sometimes I was just in the right place at the right time. But
for others it took long excursions and many hours to get some of those shots. Of
the pictures included, the dragonfly, red-billed tropic bird and the fruit bat
probably took the longest to get. For the red-billed tropic bird I paid a boat
driver on Tobago to drive me to a little nearby island where they nested and then
come pick me up four hours later (luckily he showed up, otherwise I would have
been stranded alone with nothing but my camera and an empty water bottle).
